We want to find the best chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering graduates who will fit into our business so we are coming to the following universities and would love to talk to you.

Graduate Recruitment Process:

Stage One

April 22

Auckland University Fair 

May 15

Canterbury University Careers Fair

May 21

Evening Presentation at Auckland University

July 11

Applications Close

Your application will be acknowledged and graduates will be shortlisted based on the completed application form, CV and academic transcript.

  • If you are successful you will move to stage two
  • If you are unsuccessful you will be notified by email or mail
Stage Two

Late July

Interviews

Your first interview will be held in either Auckland or Christchurch.

  • If you are successful you will be invited to our mill for a site visit
  • If you are unsuccessful we will phone you or email you

Mid August

Site Visit and Area Visit

You will be taken for a tour of our mill so you can meet our people and our people can meet you. While you are on site we will get to know you a little better informally and conduct a second interview.

We'll also show you what fun looks like in our part of the country.

Stage Three

Early September

Employment Offer

  • If you are successful we will phone you and make a verbal offer of employment.
    A written offer will follow
  • If you are unsuccessful we will call you

You will have 5 working days to consider the offer and respond.

Stage Four

31 Jan 2009

Join the Team

You will start work with us and begin your graduate programme.
